Do you think the process from phone call to installation of Tork EasyCube® will take months and months? And that it will be a bumpy road with unopened goods lying around and lots of complicated matters to deal with? 
 
How long does it really take to complete the installation?
The process can be divided into two parts. The actual installation of the devices and configuration of the software take 1–2 days. Setting up new cleaning plans and software training takes from one to four weeks.
 
Can you describe how the process normally works?
After an initial phone consultation, a meeting is agreed with a Key Account Manager to understand your needs and business challenges. This means we will be able to provide a tailored recommendation. Sometimes additional reviews or presentations with further stakeholders are needed to gain the full commitment within your organization. Once you decide to proceed, a detailed site survey will be completed by your dedicated Customer Success Manager who will co-ordinate installation, setup, and on-boarding of your teams.
 
Are there any common obstacles to overcome before installation can happen? 
We check the connectivity levels between the sensors and the DCU (Data Collection Unit) which vary depending on the type of building with a focus on solving any issues before commencing full use. The Customer Success Specialist is responsible for making sure all parties are aligned with the dates for goods delivery, installation and the complete on-boarding process.
 
Is it hard to learn how to use the software and shift to data-driven cleaning? 
The software is easy to learn and intuitive to use. Training to use the application normally takes around 0.5-2 hours.  
 
When everything is installed, what initial reaction from the cleaning team and the facility manager can we expect?
Cleaners are often intrigued as to what Tork EasyCube can offer for them as part of their daily job. There is usually a lot of interest in the sensor technology and what the impact will be. Facility Managers are often keen to see the statistics provided to them and how that can help them with their reporting.
